Workplace behaviour Training for LGAs

Workplace behaviour laws have changed with the Work Health and Safety Act 2022 (WA), related Codes of Practice, and the Respect at Work Act 2022 (Cth):
  • All CEOs and Directors of LGAs (defined broadly) must eliminate or minimise bullying, conflict, misconduct, violence and aggression.
  • They must demonstrate they have taken reasonable and proportionate measures to eliminate sexual harassment, sex-based harassment, hostile workplace environment, gender discrimination and victimisation.
EEO Specialists offer a range of in-person workshops to address workplace behaviours related to sexual harassment, discrimination, and bullying. Managers and employees from many LGAs have experienced the benefits of our training, and would be happy to do the same for your LGA.
