Psychosocial hazards - from awareness to action, in real time

Psychosocial Hazards are in your workplace. We help you see them, name them and act on them.

Tick-box compliance training is easy to forget — and forgotten training doesn’t protect your people or your organisation.

‘Psychosocial Hazards. Now You See It…’ is an interactive, theatre-based experience which allows workshop participants to explore unlawful workplace behaviours. It explains psychosocial hazards as outlined in the WA Code of Practice and makes them understandable in a unique, interactive and memorable way.

Did you know that all states and territories have now enacted a Code of Practice under their safety frameworks? (Victoria follows in December).  This means ALL employers must proactively address psychosocial risks in their workplaces, just as they would any other safety hazard.

This play is part of our interactive theatre experiences which involve professional actors and real-life scenarios. They provide a creative avenue for your organisation to educate your managers and staff about unlawful workplace behaviours and the consequences. It works well with small groups right up to conference-size audiences.

In our latest survey, 96% of workshop participants agreed that thier understanding of what different psychosocial hazards look like in their workplace had improved.
