Psychosocial Hazards Play
‘Psychosocial Hazards. Now You See It…’ is an interactive, theatre-based experience which allows workshop participants to explore unlawful workplace behaviours. It explains psychosocial hazards as outlined in the WA Code of Practice and makes them understandable in a unique, interactive and memorable way.
Did you know that all states and territories have now enacted a Code of Practice under their safety frameworks? (Victoria follows in December). This means ALL employers must proactively address psychosocial risks in their workplaces, just as they would any other safety hazard.
This play is part of our immersive corporate theatre experiences which involve professional actors and real-life scenarios. They provide a creative avenue for your organisation to educate your managers and staff about unlawful workplace behaviours and the consequences. It works well with small groups right up to conference-size audiences.

What people say about this play
“Franca has that beautiful, non-judgemental, informative, compassionate approach that is SO needed across the board. It invites us all to see ourselves in the scenarios from multiple angles and being open to change, even in a small way. Certainly the most valuable model of training I have experienced in 20 years of eye wateringly exhausting training sessions.”
“Best. Training. I. Have. Ever. Had. When the facilitator first mentioned theatrical I do admit I rolled my eyes. But the acting team was absolutely crucial in making the learnings come to life and were very professional when in character. This meant the situations and the team were 100% believable which lent weight to the situations being portrayed.”
“I think it was absolutely awesome! The crowd loved being able to direct the actors what to do. And I thought it was a wonderful way of approaching those people who might not have wanted to do it themselves, but can still participate really well.”
“The psychosocial hazards play was great and really informative. A lovely way of breaking down what is quite a large amount of information and legislation into bite-sized pieces. Psychosocial safety as part of WHS provides employers with a strong framework to work with to make workplaces safer and more productive for everybody.”
“It was an incredibly insightful and impactful experience. It effectively brought attention to the often-overlooked mental and emotional challenges people face in various environments. The play was not only engaging but also thought-provoking, highlighting the importance of recognizing and addressing psychosocial hazards in the workplace and beyond. It was an eye-opening experience, and I highly recommend it.”
